Chardonnay, "Quercia" Domaine Rogue 2021

This Chardonnay was grown in the cool mountains of the Applegate Valley. The grapes were harvested fully ripe in mid-October, whole cluster pressed and the juice was fermented cool in one year old French oak barrels. It was bottled unfined after nine months in oak.
